By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules & Regulations (the “Official Rules”). The decisions of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to FIFA. The information you provide will only be used to administer the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. FIFA is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to FIFA.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.1. SPONSOR & CONTEST PERIOD: The Kia FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Kia Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The Contest commences at 10:00:00 AM (ET) May 11, 2026 and will end at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on June 14, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). All times stated in these Official Rules are Eastern Time.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Contest and be eligible to win a Prize, a person (“Entrant”) must be a legal resident of Canada who at the time of entry has reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Contest is not open to employees of the Sponsor, FIFA, affiliated companies, representatives or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom any of the above are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Official Rules, “immediate family” means parents, siblings, children and/or legal or common-law spouse.
3. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase is Necessary. To enter the Contest, use your web-enabled mobile device to scan the unique QR code displayed on a printed advertisement or posted on the digital POS screen at a participating Kia dealership located in Canada (“Dealership”). Upon scanning, you will be directed to the Contest website and you must complete the online entry form by providing your full name, a valid email address and daytime telephone number (including area code); postal code; province or territory of residence; respond to two (2) survey questions; and also indicate whether you would like to join Kia’s email list and receive promotional communications (optional). Providing such optional consent is not required to enter the Contest and will not in any way increase or otherwise affect an Entrant’s chances of winning. Entries not completed at a Dealership at the time of QR code scanning are automatically void. Standard data rates may apply. Entrants should consult their mobile service provider for details on pricing and service plan rates. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, including those related to QR code scanning, website access, or network connectivity.
If you are deemed eligible in accordance with Rule 2, you will receive one (1) entry (an “Entry”) into the Prize Draw for the applicable Weekly Period and any subsequent Prize Draws and Weekly Periods (if applicable).
4. ENTRIES: Limit of one (1) Entry per person (see Rule 5) throughout the Contest Period. You may only use one (1) personal email address to enter the Contest. Any person who is found to have entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules and/or who has submitted more than the number of Entries permitted by these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. The Releasees (defined below) will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, misdirected, garbled or incomplete Entries, which will be automatically void. Proof of posting an Entry is not proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Entries must be received by each weekly period end date to be entered into the applicable Prize Draw (see Rule 5 and Rule 7) and all Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 14, 2026 (the “Contest Close Date”).
5. WEEKLY PERIODS & EVENT PRIZES: The Contest consists of four (4) weekly periods (each a “Weekly Period”). Each Weekly Period includes specific Events, as outlined in the table below, and there is one (1) Prize awarded per Event (each a “Prize”) For a full description of each Prize, refer to Rule 6. Only Entries validly received in accordance with these Official Rules by the relevant Weekly Period end date will be entered into the applicable Prize Draw (see below).
The 1st Weekly Period will start at 10:00:00 AM (ET) on May 11, 2026 and end at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on May 17, 2026, and each Weekly Period that follows will begin at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and end at 11:59:59 PM (ET) according to the dates specified in the table below:

ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING A WEEKLY PERIOD WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PRIZE DRAW ASSOCIATED WITH THAT WEEKLY PERIOD. IN ADDITION, ANY PREVIOUSLY NON-WINNING ELIGIBLE ENTRIES WILL BE CARRIED OVER AND ENTERED INTO SUBSEQUENT APPLICABLE PRIZE DRAWS.
6. PRIZES: There is a total of thirteen (13) Prizes available to be won during the Contest Period. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Prize will be awarded per Event (as defined in Rule 5).
Each Prize consists of: (i) two (2) FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets to each Event listed in rule 5; (ii) two (2) nights’ standard accommodation (1 room) in the applicable Event city for the winner and one (1) guest, double occupancy, as selected by the Sponsor, with check-in the day before the Event and check-out the day after the Event (the “Travel Dates”); and (iii) $1,000.00 (CAD) for travel money in the form of a cheque made payable to the Winner (the “Travel Money”). For greater certainty, any and all costs and expenses that exceed the Travel Money provided shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. Events held in Toronto, Ontario will be held at the Toronto Stadium located at 170 Princes’ Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario (“Toronto Stadium”). Events held in Vancouver, British Columbia will be held at BC Place Stadium located at 777 Pacific Blvd, Vancouver, British Columbia (“BC Place Stadium”). The ARV of each Prize ranges between $3,526 – $7,540 (CAD) depending on Event (as outlined in rule 5) and the ARV of all Prizes available to be won is $55,946 CAD. For example, a Prize awarded to a winner winning the Match 27 – Group B – Canada v Qatar Event in Vancouver, BC includes two (2) Event tickets (approximate value $700 CAD each), two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (approximate value $850 CAD per night), and $1,000 CAD in Travel Money, for a total approximate retail value of $4,100 CAD. Under no circumstances will any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize as taken be awarded. Limit of one (1) Prize per person. PLEASE NOTE: Transportation to/from the Event City and/or Event is NOT included in the Prize and winner(s) and their guest(s) are solely responsible for making their own travel arrangements to arrive to/from the Event City and/or Event on time.
7. Travel must be taken during the applicable Travel Dates on the dates specified by the Sponsor for the applicable Event. Booking is subject to availability of hotel accommodation, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, and other restrictions and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and guest to obtain all necessary travel documentation. It is recommended that the winner and their guest obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure, which is the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem any or all of the Prize components due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor, no compensation or substitute prize component will be provided. No compensation will be made if a trip is cancelled due to any failure to obtain necessary travel documents. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance, use, or enjoyment of the Prize that are not expressly included herein shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest, including but not limited to: transportation of any kind (including to/from the hotel and/or Event), fuel, gasoline and currency surcharges, insurance, meals and beverages, gratuities, taxes, fees, travel documentation laundry services, entertainment, excursions, transfers, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, medical, travel and cancellation insurance together with any required travel documentation, emergency evacuations and any, all personal expenses of any kind or nature, and any and all other incidental or out-of-pocket expenses. NOTE: The Prize winner may be required to present a valid major credit card in their name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. The hotel booking must be made through the Sponsor. Selection of ticket type and/or seat location for each Prizes is solely within the Sponsor’s discretion. Winner and guest must abide by all Event venue rules and policies and ticket terms and conditions. The Sponsor and/or FIFA reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to revoke, fully or partially, the prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole and absolute discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy, rule or law, and/or in any way may bring the Sponsor into disrepute. Resale of event tickets is prohibited. The Sponsor is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event, the Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Without limiting the foregoing, the following general terms and conditions apply to each Prize: (i) all values set out above are based on approximate values of the Prizes at the time of preparing these Official Rules; (ii) all characteristics and features of each Prize, except as otherwise explicitly stated above, will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (iii) Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitution, and are not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (unless as may be specifically permitted by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (iv) Prizes have no cash surrender value; (v) each component of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable issuer, supplier, or service provider; (vi) the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, modify, or replace any Prize or any component thereof with a prize or component of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, in the event that a Prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability, cancellation, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, without liability; (vii) if the confirmed winner does not utilize any part(s) of the Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in their entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in their place; (viii) by accepting a Prize, each confirmed winner and their guest agree to waive all recourse against the Releasees if the applicable Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; and (ix) each Prize winner and their guest is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.
8. WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWS: A random draw will be held at approximately 10:00:00 AM ET in Oakville Ontario, on each Prize Draw Date as defined in Rule 5 (each a “Prize Draw”). For each Prize Draw, one (1) potential Prize winner (a “Potential Winner”) for each available Prize will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received by the corresponding Weekly Period end date (see rule 5). The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by the applicable Weekly Period end date (see rule 5). Potential Winners for each Prize will be selected in the order in which the Events are listed above (see Rule 5). PLEASE NOTE: Previously non-winning eligible Entries WILL be rolled over into the following Weekly Periods and applicable Prize Draws.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Potential Winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email within two (2) days of the applicable Prize Draw Date. If a Potential Winner (a) cannot be reached by telephone and/or email within three (3) days of the first notification; (b) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question (see Rule 10); or (c) fails to return the properly executed Release Form (defined below) within the specified time (as applicable) (see Rule 10), then they will be disqualified and the Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, randomly select another entrant from among the eligible Entries for the applicable Prize Draw. This process may continue until such time as the Prize winner is confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules, there are no remaining eligible Entries for the applicable Prize Draw, or a Prize winner is not confirmed within five (5) business days of the applicable Event date, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a Potential Winner, for any reason.
10. WINNER DECLARATION: To be declared a Prize winner, each Potential Winner must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question, which may be administered by the Sponsor by email, telephone or any other manner as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Each Potential Winner must also complete and return a declaration and release form (the “Release Form”). By completing and returning the Release Form, and accepting the Prize, the Prize winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred, releases the Sponsor, FIFA, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest administrator, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (“Releasees”) from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Prize, and consents to the use of their name, address (city and province/territory), likeness and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Prize will be forfeited. The Guest of the Prize winner must also complete a Guest Release form. The Prize will be coordinated by the Sponsor upon receiving the fully completed Release Forms within two (2) to four (4) weeks and the FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets must be picked up by the Prize winner from the Dealership associated with their Entry which will include a photo opportunity. Before being able to accept, receive and participate in the Prize, each guest must sign and return within the time stipulated by the Sponsor, a full declaration and release form stating that, among other things, they have read and understood these Official Rules, grant all consents required, accepts to participate in the Prize as offered and releases the Releasees (defined below) from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the guest’s receipt and use of the Prize, including, without limitation, all travel related thereto. In the event the guest has not reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (the “Minor”), the winner must be the parent/legal guardian of the aforementioned Minor and must complete the guest release form on the Minor’s behalf.
11. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Contest, Entrants (i) acknowledge they have read and understand these Official Rules and are compliant with them including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent contest organization, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules for any reason whatsoever are subject to disqualification, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
12. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned the email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The use of an invalid email address will disqualify the entry. The Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, require that a Potential Winner provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected Entry.
13. GENERAL: The Releasees do not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with the Official Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by the awarded Prize or the Contest itself; or (iii) any failure of the Contest website during the Contest Period, including any problems, human or technical, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Contest, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void.
14. All entrants and Contest-related information are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of compliance with these Official Rules, including proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to the Sponsor (including government-issued photo identification), for the purposes of verifying eligibility, the legitimacy of any Contest-related information, or for any other reason necessary to administer the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification. All information submitted must be truthful, complete, and accurate. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who provides false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information, as determined in its sole and absolute discretion. The Sponsor’s server time shall be the official timekeeper for the Contest.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Official Rules or relating to the Contest. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest could be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.
16. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, terminate, amend or suspend this Contest or to amend or modify the Official Rules (including, without limitation, modification to any of the Prizes, dates and/or timeframe stipulations in these Official Rules) , at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries.
17. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these English Official Rules and any disclosures or other Contest-related materials, including the French version of these Official Rules, the Contest website, point of sale, or any advertising or communications (including abbreviated rules), the terms and conditions of these English Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST AND YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN AND TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION (AND EACH INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT THEREOF) COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THE RELEASEES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (II) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; AND/OR (III) IF DECLARED A WINNER, A PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY USE OR MISUSE OF SUCH PRIZE). THE RELEASEES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT OTHERWISE FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTESTAND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZE.
19. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor respects your right to privacy.
